Springtime is here! And so are the homebuyers!

Thursday 14 April 2016

Despite the occasional wind and drizzle, springtime is finally here and with it, comes a recent survey conducted by Relocation Agent Network, which indicates that NOW is the time to sell your property.

Relocation Agent Network, a network of estate agents across England, Scotland and Wales, conducted the survey amongst its members, with a staggering 99% of respondents indicating that the spring months remain a good time to sell. So finish those DIY jobs that have been on your ‘to do’ list forever and contact your local Network member today.

With the lighter evenings and (hopefully) warmer weather, house hunting will be far more appealing to potential buyers. And Relocation Agent Network’s latest survey found 99% of respondents indicate that buyer demand is strong in their local market – and that includes us, your designated Relocation Agent Network member for the local area.
