Location - The land is in a quiet rural location 0.4 miles South East of the rural hamlet of Bolton, and two and a half miles North West of the Market Town of Pocklington. The property benefits from road frontage to Eastfield Road.

approved on 7th April 2009.

Conditions 2 and 3 from the above application were discharged under application DC/16/30341/CONDET/WESTWW which was approved on 12th October 2016. A Geographical Survey was carried out in
October 2009 to satisfy condition 6 of the original application.
